Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the project team.
- Support project management.
- Assign activities to your work team.
- Make reports on the status of the project, progress, deviations and corrective actions.
- Ensure that the appropriate methodology is used.
- Promote the acquisition of new tools and ways of working to improve the service.
- Keep the documentation updated by project.
- Have a good relationship with the project leaders of each client.
- Comply with the test plans.
Preferred Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance and Testing
- 3+ years of experience in SQA testing processes
- If you are certified in ISTQB it will be better.
- Responsible for providing and maintaining a safe and healthy work place
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
